Starbucks. Every basic girl’s addiction (don’t worry, it’s ours, too). Want to cut down on some calories but still have that delicious caffeine? Here are a few macro-friendly drinks so you can still enjoy the things you like while maintaining a healthy balance!

Most drinks from Starbucks can become “healthier” by replacing the drinks with a skinny version. The baristas swap the regular flavors for sugar free flavors. Starting with a cold brew base is also a good alternative to a normal recipe! You can add in the flavors as desired and result with a similar outcome with lower calories, carbs, and fats.
